"Soon after Jeff and I were engaged, we dreamed up the idea of giving our guests caramel apples as favors. Our wedding was an autumn theme and that sounded like the perfect—and most delicious—fall favor. I mentioned something to my mom and with a little research she found Applelicious. Paul personally invited her to the shop to show her how the apples are made and he even gave her a few samples to bring to us to taste. Let me just say, the word "delicious" doesn't do these babies justice. They're equal parts rich and crisp, sugary and tart, beautiful and decedent. Paul was fabulous to work with and he was even willing to custom design a white chocolate covered version drizzled with milk chocolate for us.
The apples impressed us so much that we decided to forgo escort cards and instead tie place tags, which we designed ourselves, around the cellophane wrapped apples. The reception venue displayed all the apples on tables surrounding the wedding cake and guests Oo'd and Ah'd their way through. During the wedding, as Jeff and I visited with each table, everyone—literally everyone—had something to say about the apples: how creative the idea was, how happy they were to have a late night snack, how beautiful they are, how delicious they are (a few guests didn't wait to dig right in!). Weeks after the wedding, our guests are STILL talking about the apples. They truly added a beautiful, unique and fabulously fall accent to our wedding and we couldn't be more pleased. "We had a fall-themed
wedding so we wanted favors that went with the season. We decided to give chocolate
apples, but most places only made them weeks in advance and charged outrageous
prices. Then we heard of Applelicious! After getting guidance from Paul, we
decided to give his chocolate covered pretzels to guests and his apples to our
bridal party (for that extra-special touch). What a huge hit! Two years later
we still receive compliments on them! The apples left such a lasting impression

"Three years ago while
attending the Yankee Peddler in Canal Fulton, Ohio I was fortunate enough to
come across the "Apple's 4 You" booth.
Of course, we could not pass by without a sample and then waited my turn to
talk with the gentleman working the booth (who turned out to be the owner, Paul
himself). I was so impressed with the fresh crisp taste of the apples as well
as the delicious toppings that I not only purchased several but also immediately
scheduled a fundraiser for our schools wrestling program. As it turned out,
I was not the only one impressed with the product, I don't remember the exact
number but we sold a ton of apples and made a nice profit for our program as
well as passing along information to Heather's Studio and Trevor Phillips who
also had very successful fund raisers. All you have to do is try one and you

apples off of a friend of a friend for a fundraiser. They are by far the best
gourmet apples ever. They are less expensive than those from other places, especially
the ones I saw at local department stores in the area. Originally, I ordered
a couple just to help the little girls out and now I am hooked. I keep asking
when they are having another fundraiser. Thankfully, they are selling again
for Easter; so I just put in another order for some of your products. I was
amazed at how fresh the apples were, and I didn't even eat them as soon as I
got them. Anyway, your products are fabulous and I think it is very admirable

whom I have given them as gifts, has then purchased them to give as gifts to
others. We love the quality of the apples and the coatings. They stay fresh
for weeks and they are large enough that there is plenty for 6 or more people.

"Ok, you've seen, tasted and loved the apples.....BUT have you seen, tasted & fell in love with the pretzels yet? Not only are they beautiful to look at, but WOW are they tasty! Paul and his generosity came to my rescue and donated graciously over 25 pretzels to a local middle school that my professional organization ..."adopted" for Valentine's day. I cannot wait to give them out to the kids this week....they are going to flip! "I just had to let you know that the Bride and Groom Oreo cookies were a huge success at Stefanie’s wedding on Saturday. The dessert bar was fabulous, but your cookies were the first of the desserts to be depleted. I didn’t even get one but the country club had made a dessert box for the bride and groom so they took theirs with them.
